ok-I'm going to add two AWESOME recipes for Tight Curves...you thought Tight Curves was just a protein shake...oh no no no. So much more...here are two other ways to enjoy Tight Curves female protein powder. 1. Tight Curves Berry Protein Pancakes 4 egg white with 1 yolk 1 scoop of Tight Curves Female Protein Powder 15 bluberries
Mix egg whites and yolk in a blender Heat up your pan and put a little Pam so they don't stick Pour batter and add 5 blueberries Cook until golden. Delicious! Oh and just because its a female protein powder doesn't mean the guys won't like these pancakes...my hubby loves them!
2. Tight Curves Triple Berry Custard 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (try f*ge Greek yogurt-its thick and has lots of protein) 1 scoop of Tight Curves Female Protein Powder 1/2 cup of bluberries, strawberries, and raspberries 1 mint leaf (optional)
Mix yogurt and Tight Curves until its a custard texture and put in a glass dessert dish Stir in berries Put in fridge for 20 mins Add mint leaf to garnish and serve chilled

Cut into 1/2 inch rounds then cut the rounds in half (making half moons) Place sweet potatoes into large bowl and drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over them (if they still seem super dry, add one more tbsp of olive oil) Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture and mix with hands Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray (Pam) Lay all of the wedges flat. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired.

I must say that I have never had a 'berry pancake' before. They sound delicious! I usually make them with Vanilla Protein Powder, Egg Whites, Splenda and sometimes oats.
