I take in a post-workout drink that contains a significant amount of carbs. After about a hour, I consume a carb filled meal with some pasta. What kind of carbs do you have postworkout Simple or Complex?

I am more of a Complex Carb Guy. Love my Oatmeal and Blueberries Postworkout Usually I have my basic shake pwo and then 30mins later I'll have a meal with complex carbs.

Post contest I am going to try Waxy Maise postworkout and then my oatmeal and blueberries 1 hr later and then I will report back to you guys on how it went

Ya i have been using it postworkout mixed in my Protein Shake and I love the Results that I am getting. For some Reason when I used to do the Maltodextrin powder postworkout I would get a nice spike and crash with the Waxy I feel more satisfied for longer when taking it
