Is it the next ingredient to lead the pack? What's your experience beta-alanine?

Never was a big fan of Preworkout supplements most of them gave me a nice spike in the beginning of my workout but the energy never lasted. Not with First Order. Since I started takin it when I started my pre contest energy focus and recovery has been out of this world. I have even gotten stronger on some lifts during my reduced cal contest prep taking First Order and the Main ingredient is Beta-Alanine. This stuff is Amazing. Definately the next big thing

After testing First Order for a month, I gained my confidence back in pre-workout formulas. They gave me good energy, but the focus from First Order was great.

I love First Order. I didn't notice how much it affected my wo's until my first supply ran out and I went w/o for several weeks.
It really gives me great energy, focus and more noticeable is the stamina.

I really enjoy moderate fasted cardio in the morning (actually simply because it helps me wake up and I end up in a better mood than if I do nothing at all).
Will First Order help me out with duration and/or a small bit of intensity? Right now I just lift at night twice a week, and only lower body as my right shoulder is shot (and shot 3 different ways, depending on which ortho I speak to!).

First Order Delays fatigue so you will definately be able to workout at a higher level for longer What happend to the Shoulder

I'll have to pick some up, then, thanks for the info!
Shoulder hurt during boot camp (Army '92, shortly after Iraq #1), then again recently doing flat bench with stupid form, then again doing heavy shrugs. Sigh. Then again shoveling snow. Ditto. Sigh!
Well, one ortho ordered MRI with contrast, said it was a 50% thickness RC tear. Said surgery or PT, whatever I wanted was fine with him.
Next ortho looked quickly at the MRI and said he'd just get in there and clean everything out. Surgery's the ticket!
Third (probably final) ortho ordered another set of MRIs, this time without contrast but in a closed MRI unit. He looked at the film, said tendonitus for sure, possible SLAP tear. He said PT for sure, and surgery only as a last resort.
I'm getting really tired of orthos! And a shoulder that starts getting better and then gets hurt again (and again and again).
d**n, sorry, I'm sure you didn't want the full novel!

I am in precontest mode right now and the First Order is helping tremendously w/ my intensity and duration. I actually did fasted cardio yesterday (after a NO carb day) and could feel it kick in. I initially didn't think I would make it, but after about 5-10 min. I felt the First Order kick in and really felt like I could go longer. That stuff is terrific!

First time here. Read about BA from Stout on TMag. Am in my 50s but still lift, as hard as I'm able. Anyway, I take the basics, multi-vite, O3s, minerals, and low-dose creatine. I bought First Order a few days ago and wow; it is excellent! I think creatine is helpful for about a 5% or so strength gain and the other supps are good I'm sure, just not 'feelable'. But FO is really good, so thanks. One caveat: I'm pretty sensitive I think to side-effects and the face tingling I get is pronounced. After 45 min though its no problem and I feel more endurance. BTW, I'd love to give it to my son, who is a budding FB star at 15...but I think he'd be scared to take it if he felt the tingling I feel. Is there a nutrient that I can take to mitigate this effect? THX

I've only used First Order during a workout, never before or after, and I can attest to a definite delay in fatigue and a more noticeable stride of energy. I usually work out for 1 1/2-2 hours at a time, and I need energy to keep my going that entire time. My preworkout formula gets me the energy and motivation to get there and start busting I disagree, but not necessarily make it through the entire workout, let alone the 20 mins of HIIT cardio I usually put in at the end.

Just read an article about Creatine and BA and they beleive both are great supplements with similar qualities but one of the differences that most feel results from Creatine the first time they take it and BA takes a few days to feel the benefits

How much BA were you guys dosing for decent results? I want to try using it in a shake during lifting and I am trying to figure a good amount.
