BB Curls 2x8 135 2x12 115 2x15 95 2x20 65 Preacher Curls 3x12 25s on each side all the way down and never all the way up because at the top the bicep is not activated. So a lil above 90s at the top to keep all the tension on the Bis Incline Alt DB Curls 3x12 30s
20 Minutes on the Stepmill
Didnt do any posing Postworkout did plenty of posing while working out with the pics. Lighting in my gym sucks for taking pics. To dark so the flash goes off and you end up losing a lot of the definition. But I am still happy with the ones above but my pops need to take a bunch to get these.
Instead of Posing I stretched out my body big time

Monday I did: 48 minutes of carido in the morning 24 on the Tredmill and 24 on the stepmill. NO posing just a bunch of Stretching
Then I went back to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio all on the Stepmill Again no Posing just Stretching. I like this day just for cardio and stretching
Tuesday I did a Killer leg workout
A1. Deads 5x10 315 A2. Rack Deads 5x10 315 No Rest between exercises B1. Front Squats 3x10 185 ATCalves B2. Back Squats 3x10 185 AtCalves No Rest Between Exercises C1. Leg Press 3x12 Wide stance with feet high on the platform to target glutes and hams C2. Leg Extentions 3x12 Hold at the contraction No rest between exercises D1. Adduction Machine 3x12 170 D2. Abduction Machine 3x12 170 No rest between exercises
As you can see I used all supersets. My lower body was so pumped I could barely make it to the locker room. I did pose for 20 minutes but it was extremely hard to do any of my side shot where you have to bend you legs and hold it. I felt like my quad sweep was going to explode (in a good way).

WED I did: I did 45 minute of Cardio last night on the Stepmill and it went by real fast After that I did 20 minutes of psoing which well as always
This morning I did my normal short and sweet Calf Workout
Seated Calf Raises 5x20 5 plates and a 5 lb plate Standing Calf Rasies 5x12
30 minute of Posing Postworkout. This killed me. Holding Poses for 30 seconds and squeezing everything out of the muscles

Wednesday evening I did: Another 45 minutes of the stepmill this evening followed by 20 minutes of Posing. Posing didnt go that well this evening. Just too tired only had 4 hours of sleep last night. Will definately get my 8 hours tonight and recharge my batteries

Definately feeling great yesterday
Chest and Triceps in the morning Got some carbs in me this time and strength was back Incline BB Press 5x5 205 Flat BB Press 3x6 205 Decline BB Press 2x8 1x10 205 A1. Incline DB Press 2x10 65s A2. Flat DB Press 2x10 65s A3. Incline Machine Press 2x12 A4. Flat Machine Press 2x12 Alt Between Exercises and 60 sec rest between exercises Rope Extension warm ups B1. Close Grip Bench on Smith 3x10 B2. Rope Extensions 3x10 C1. Tricep Dip Machine 3x12 C2. Triangle Bar Pushdowns 3x12 No rest between exercises for my triceps Great workout and even better posing. Glad because the night befores posing sucked because of lack of sleep
The evening workout was great also; Shoulders Seated DB Side Laterals 4x12 Standing Military Press 1x10 3x9 1x8 135 A1. Rear Delt Pec Dec Flies 3x15 A2. Seated Db Presses 3x10 A3. Wide Grip Upright Rows 3x12 B1. Behind the neck presses on smith 3x10 B2. Behind the back upright rows on smith 3x12 B3. Machine Side Laterals 3x12 B4. Db side laterals 3x10
No rest between exercise on either of the supersets Pump as always was insane in the shoulders. Changed up the order of some of the exercises in the supersets and added some new ones I did 20 minute on the bike post workout and only 10 minutes of posing which went well

This mornings workout was Great did it a little later than usually because school was cancelled because of snow and needed the extra sleep T-bar Rows 5x10 7 Plates (45s) A1. BB Rows Underhand grip 3x12 225 A2. BB Rows Overhand Grip 3x12 225 A3. BB rows overhand wide grip 3x12 225 Alt between exercises and about 60-90 sec rest between sets B1. Close Grip Pulldowns 3x12 200 B2. Low Cable Rows with wide grip attachment 3x12 150 No Rest between exercises BB Behind the back shrugs 3x12 385 Plate loaded Shrug Machine 3x12 3 45s and a 35 Back was toast by the end of the workout. Did 20 minutes of posign postworkout During the day I added some orange roughy to my diet and loved it Evening workout was Biceps BB Curls 2x9 135 2x12 115 2x15 95 2x20 65 Preacher Curl 3x12 25 on each side 45 sec rest between each set High Cable Curls 1x15 5 sec squeeze on all reps Postworkout I did 20 min on the bike and 10 minutes of posing. I am Beat and will be going to bed in a bit Tomorrow I am doing a Demo for Bodywell Nutrition at a Local Supplement Store Real excited about that. Will Update you guys on the Fasted cardio and the Demo tomorrow. Have a Nice Night

Thanks man Contest is on April 12th Workout this morning was Great Lower back was a little fatigued so I didnt make any improvements on weight but definately bumped up the intensity to make up for it Leg Extension pump sets A1. Squats 3x6 315 A2. Squats 3x12 225 Alt Between the 2 exercises and had 60 sec rest B1. Front Squats 3x12 ATG B2. Leg Press 3x15 Leg high on the plane with toe flaired out a bit No Rest between exercises C1. BB Stiff Deads 2x12 1x15 Big Squeeze on the glutes C2. Walking DB Lunges 3x40 steps altogether C3. Lying Leg Curls 2x12 1x15 C4. Leg Extensions 2x12 1x15 C5. Hyperextensions 2x12 1x15 2-3 sec glute squeeze at top Leg where swole postworkout I could barely flex them when I did my 20 minutes of posing. I am liking doing heavy straight sets to begin my workouts and then moving to superset and giant set to finsh my legs off.

Great smile in your pics. I've been told by judges that stage presence is as important as the shape you are in on stage. Your smile says it all! You have great confidence in your shape and that will serve you well come contest day!
