Workout yesterday morning was Weird. My body could tell it was a day off from the weights and never got pumped up but the strange thing was I was just as strong and the workout was overall great just no eye of the tiger or the in the zone feeling. I would lay down on the bench do my set and feel lathargic. But I was just as strong as ever and I was not resting any longer. WEIRD
Incline BB Press 5x6 205 Flat BB Press 5x6 205 A1. Incline DB Press 2x12 65s A2. Flat Db Press 2x12 65s A3. Dips 2x12 BW A4. Cable Cross Overs 2x15 Alt Between exercises and rest 60 sec Rope Extention Warm up set B1. ezbar overhead extensions 2x12 27.5 on each side B2. Close Grip decline Skulls 2x12 27.5 on each side B3. Wide Grip Decline Skulls 2x12 27.5 on each side Seated Calf Raises 5x20 5 plates and a 10 Standing Calf Raises 5x12
No posing this morning because I had to get in my calf work and had no time because I needed to get out to class

Last nights workout was a lot more normal and the eye of the tiger was back
DB Seated Side Laterals 4x12 45s these felt a easier than usual Standing Military Press 1x10 2x9 1x10 1x9 135 Tried to get 10 reps on all sets but was only able to on 10 on first and third set A1. Wide Grip BB Upright Row 3x12 115 A2. Seated DB Presses 3x10 50s A3. Rear Delt Pec Dec Flies 3x15 120 B1. Smith machine behind the nec presses 2x12 27.5 on each side real slow B2. Behind the back Smith wide grip upright rows 2x15 45 on each side B3. Standing BB Military Press 2x10 95 B4. DB side laterals 2x20 20s first 10 reps were in perfect form last ten I used body swing to get them up Pump in Delt was great as usually after those supersets. No rest was taken between exercises I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike postworkout then did about 10-15 minutes of posing

Machine Pullovers 3x10 200 Wide rev Grip Pulldowns 3x12 200 Close Grip Pulldowns 3x12 200 Wide Grip Pullups on assistance machine 3x15 100 lbs of assitance with a 3-5 sec negative on all sets A1. Underhand Grip BB Row 2x12 185 superset with low cable rows 2x12 150 A2. Overhand wide Grip BB Row 2x12 185 Superset with low cable rows 2x12 150 A3. Overhand grip BB Rows 2x12 185 superset w/ low cable rows 2x12 150 No rest between the BB rows and the low cable rows but I alt between the different hand grips on the BB rows and rested 60 sec between those sets DB Seated Shrugs 5x12 90s 5 sec hold at the top Did 20 minutes of posing postworkout and was killin the poses __________________

Last Night I hit the biceps a little different than usual and feeling it today A1. BB Wide Grip Curls 2x12 95 A2. BB Close Grip Curls 2x12 95 Alt Between Exercises with 45 sec Rest B1. Wide Grip Preacher Curls 2x12 25 on each side B2. Close Grip Preacher Curls 2x12 25 on each side Alt Between Exercises with 30 sec rest C1. Wide Grip Cable Curls 2x15 100 C2. Close Grip Cable Curls 2x15 100 Alt Between Exercises with 15 sec rest
After I did my Biceps I did some posing that I video taped. Hopefully I will have time to down load it and post it before I go to the Arnold. Just so busy today and will be leaving early tomorrow morning
This morning I did 45 minutes of fasted cardio on the Stepmill. Not bad but was tight after so I did 20 minutes of Stretching

Most people don't eat enough and rest to recover. I agree, I just left my job so now I have Friday-Monday completely off and Wednesdays as well to really focus on my training/nutrition/rest.

Sorry guys that I have not updated log in a very long time just been extremely busy with work, training and school. Will say everything is coming along great and will give your guys a better update in the very near future
