I personally love doing medicine ball circuits for my cardio along with Treadmills. I usually do some throws and twist with the medicine ball that some jumps or other plyometrics for 30 secs on 1 minute off type thing. Just seems to be the most entertaining. Great For Sports TRaining

I walk at 4.5 for one minute then run at 7 for one minute. The duration is done for however long I want it to go for...10, 20, 30 min...ect. This is done on an incline of 1.5.

I'm responding late to this thread....buy anyone who knows me knows I'm a cardio freak. I do cardio everyday-in season or off season. I do it to keep in shape-but also for my mind. For some reason, I feel so much better mentally when I do cardio. I love the stepmill and running stairs!
