Just wanted to wish you good luck at the Arnold! I can't wait to go. It's always so much fun!
I was wondering: I see that you do a lot of cardio, even in the offseason. How do you manage to maintain your muscle w/ that much cardio? I'm trying to gain more mass right now, and it's taking a long time!!!

thanks guys! My prep is going well...I'll be posting some of my journal real soon...the good, the bad, and the ugly days No, really-so far so good. I feel I'm right where I should be with muscle growth and conditioning. The diet is just starting to take its toll a bit-just a a little bored and hungry-but hey, I really can't complain. Someone asked the question about my cardio off season...I really struggle with this. I do more than I should really. As you said, the idea in the off season is to put on some mass and let your body recuperate from the depletion during contest prep. I've really backed off of the cardio in the off season, but I still do the amount I do because I'm usually doing photoshoots in the off season so I have to stay somewhat lean. I also absolutely HATE the feeling of being "fluffy" you know what I mean...that off season "fluffy" feeling!!! Thanks for the continued support with the Arnold prep!

Glad to hear things are going well with the contest prep. I am a strange fook and dont mind cardio at all if I have a good book to read on the stepmill. I will be working the booth with you at the Arnold and the rest of the Bodywell Crew. Excited to meet you all

Great! I will be stopping by the bodywell booth and say hello to all! For me, cardio is better with music. I was even asked recently what I listened to (after a race), little did they know that I probably lost time flipping through my tunes because my mix was messed up (won't let that happen on the 2d at thte Arnold). Best of luck to you!!!
