As the Title States on a Daily basis how many carbs do you take in on a Daily basis in the offseason and Why?

1 cup of oats for breakfast, sweet poatato early lunch, brown rice before workout, dextrose and oats after workout.......so a prettty good amount

not a whole lot.. im so busy with school, that i need a structured schedule of the exact same thing just to make it easy
