How Much Heavier are you in the off season than Contest time

currently bulking to 230lbs+ aiming to do first contest around 200-210lbs - a lot of work to do yet

currently bulking to 230lbs+ aiming to do first contest around 200-210lbs - a lot of work to do yet usually when it is all said and done if you want to come in ripped to the bone. Someone that walks around in the offseason at about 230 weighs just under 200 in contest shape

attempting to keep it lean. Daily cardio and judging by the mirror I appear to be leaning out a bit while gaining weight.
