What is your Favorite Exercise for Each Muscle Group Biceps: BB Curls Triceps: Decline Skull Crushers Delts: Split between DB Side laterals and Standing Military Press Chest: Incline BB Press Back: T-Bar Rows free weight bar in the corner Hamstrings/Lower back: DEADS Quads: Squats Forearms: Behind the back Wrist Curls Abs: Hanging Leg Raises Calves: Seated Calf Raises

Biceps: Drag Curls Triceps: Weighted Dips Delts: One Arm Military Press Chest: Blast Strap Push Ups Back: Deadlifts Hamstrings/Lower back: Deadlifts Quads: Front Squat Forearms: Deadlifts Abs: Iron Cross Leg Raise Calves: Steep Incline Tredmill
My All time favorite exercise though is the power clean. I never felt so good after getting a PR on these things.

biceps:hammer curls triceps:clg bench press chest:bench press back:t-bar row delts:db shoulder press hamstrings:deadlifts quads:leg press calves:seated calf raise abs:decline situps
my fav. exercise right now is the power clean as well(just started doin em')
