Oats are calorie-dense, high in fiber, and filling - but I hate eating them... suggestions?

yes! First, you have to cook them on the stove-not in the microwave. then you add two splenda, some cinnamon, 1 tsp of ground flaxseed, 1 tsp of wheat germ, 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 6 almonds, and 8 blueberries. It is awseome!

It may sound weird, but I throw a packet of sugar free gelatin, usually strawberry into one cup of raw oats, and 1.75 cups of hot water and microwave for 2:45. Good eats right there, and if you really get crazy let it cool a little and add some whey to it.

Granola 1/4 cup oatmeal 1/8 cup water 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 3 pkts Splenda Cinnamon to taste
Mix the oats with all of the dry stuff, then add the water and vanilla. You only want the oats to get a little moist, not in a puddly mush. Spread it out on a piece of foil, and bake (I use a toaster oven) at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Open it up, mix it around, flip over the pieces, and bake another 5 minutes. Break up the pieces, bake another 5 minutes, and enjoy!
Sometimes I will chop up some almonds and add to the oats to bake.
I like to sprinkle this in a protein shake. ;D
