To start...
[glow=red,2,300]Bulking Foods[/glow] -lean beef -chicken -oats -milk -nuts (peanuts, almonds, etc) -peanut butter -rice -whole wheat bread
[shadow=red,left,300]How many calories?[/shadow] I currently aim for 20-25x bodyweight. What do you think is an ideal way to estimate caloric requirements while bulking?
Any advice for others?

All Depends on Body type and where you are at Phsyically But most of the time 19-21 X BW works out well

I still cycle my carbs in the offseason just never bring them to zero. Low days are for off day and then I cycle through medium and high days 2xBW

I assume on off days you replace the normal calorie content from carbs with healthy fat?
