[glow=green,2,300]What diets have you found most successful when cutting?[/glow] -Ketosis, CHA, etc I work best with a high Protein Fat diet for most of the day and only have carbs post workout. Fasted cardio while sipping BCAAs also works well for me

Going to start carb cycling next week, woot I've been interested in that. I've tried "calorie cycling" (essentially the same thing, but it's easier since it's with overall calories) but never really noticed anything except that my weight gain stagnated (bulking)
