Mine is lat machine, use the V-Bar for Lat Pulldowns, my favorite exercise

Mine is lat machine, use the V-Bar for Lat Pulldowns, my favorite exercise Love that Exercise. But I would have to say my favorite machine is the Hammer Strenth Crunch machine that both lifts your legs while doing the crunch. I get the best burn with that machine

Ever since I fractured my femoral neck and exercises that put too much torque through my hip aren't great, I've developed a love-hate relation with the plate loaded leg extension.
I have a hard time walking after doing 5 double or triple drops or rest pause sets with x-reps/partials all culminating with a FST-7 esk "set" ala Rany Hambod / Phil Heath.

The great thing about it is that the plates load out front so the resistance curve is high especially at the start / stretch position, so makes for some good DOMS.
