Muscle Muffins. 1 whole egg 6 egg whites 3/4 cup oats 1/2 tsp baking powder 4 packets Splenda (3 regular and 1 Vanilla) 1 tsp. maple extract 1 tsp cinnamon
Pprocess the oats first, then added everything else, a quick spin in the food processor. It makes 6 muffins (about 3/4 full in muffin pan)
Macros: Cals: 67 Carbs: 8 Protein: 6 Fat: 1.5
you can also use just egg whites and/ or not process the oats.
Some yummy combos are lemon extract and poppy seeds cinnamon and vanilla extract banana extract and cinnamon (or just the banana...if you can have nuts in your macros some chopped walnuts are a nice addition!! YUM!) ...let your imagination run wild!
