pre: white flood (only used when I need a boost) post: only ever had a basic protein shake.  |

my favorite pre is animal pump and my favorite post is whey and a Waxy Maize mix

I do my fair share of experimenting... a sampling includes...
Pre: Non-Stim = First Order + Body Octane + ALCAR + a few other goodies
Pre: Stim = First Order + Vasocharge
Post: I use an amino thingytail immediately after consisting of Leucine + BA + BCAAs + Glutamine + Citrulline Malate which I follow with a more traditional post-exercise meal.

I Take First Order Pre and Postworkout
During my workout I take Purple Wraath/EAA/Creatine and Glutamine
Postworkout
I have Protein shake and Maxy Waze
