Any suggestions? Perhaps adding taurine for volumizing and tyrosine for focus? Cheap improvements.

There possibly is potential for problems when taking BA+Taurine together as they share the same transporter into tissues,but it hasn't yet been supported in the research to any level of significance. I'd like to see some more research here though. Anyhow, I previously suggested adding ALCAR since ALCAR serves as an Acetyl donor and when combined with a choline source - the Alpha-GPC, you've got the precursors for acetylcholine synthesis - which should further enhance muscle contractions and neurological processes. bodywell.proboards98.com/index.cgi?board=supplements&action=display&thread=49 |
