Just thought you guys should know that the phosphatidylserine found in First order is a very important phospholipid. Heres why:
-phosphatidylserine is found in all cell's and has it highest concentration in your brain. It can make up to 70% of your brain tissue.
-phosphatidylserine helps sensitize cortisol receptors, so it has a favorable effect on cortisol output in your body by making your body need less cortisol overall.
-phosphatidylserine also sensitizes prolactin receptors, making it lower overall prolactin levels
-phosphatidylserine has an effect on regulating your hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis making it work as an antidepressant in some individuals.
-Final in makes you 6% of the phospholipid in your testes.
