Lemon Meringue "pie" 6 egg whites 1 tsp vanilla xtract 1-2 packets splenda 1/2 tsp sugar free lemon jello (not pudding)
Beat eggs till fluffy and stiff. Stir in extract and sweetner.
Heat non stick skillet to medium heat. Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle lemon jello on and cover w/ a lid. Let cook for about 2 minutes. Take top off and let cook another minute
