If you are interested in having your recipes featured in our new cookbook please either post them here or PM me.
If you want your name included w/ the recipe let me know. (we want to make sure you get credit if you want it)
Recipes must include macro breakdown and must be geared toward the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle.

pumpkin pancakes - 2 pancakes a little baking powder splenda if you want .5 cup canned pure pumpkin 1 cup oats .5 cups ff cottage cheese 4 egg whites(or add a whole egg with 2 egg whites if you need fats) i like to add some cream of tartar so it fluffs up nicely blend everything and fry it up top w/ some sugar free syrup macros cals:476 carbs:71 fats:6(w/ no whole egg) protein:40
