Thought this was pretty cool to read in this months MD mag.... Using it to bring up his arms supposedly.
I've been using it for a while too. It's been productive to at least a small degree on most muscle groups that I've used it on.
Anyone else try this or anything like it?

I like to do it with my chest training
Last exercise of your session you do 7 sets of 8-12 reps with 20 seconds rest to really pump the nuts out of your muscles

I may do this on Monday Give it a shot I have used it and think it is a great thing to shock the muscles with not something I would use each workout
