Chocolate PB "pancake" 1/4 c oats 1/2 scoop choc whey 1 tsp natty pb 2 pkts splenda 1/8 c water mix it all and put it it heate pan sprayed w/ pam. cook until firm and then flip and cook on other side.
Can be adjusted to meet needs.
Sooooooo yummy!
