Well since Kristal came up with the awesome protein pancakes I decided to be creative on my own ;D
A nice summer smoothie with Tight Curves
What I used..
1 Scoop of Tight Curves 1 Banana 7 ounces of milk 2 big scoops of ice
Thrown into the blender and blend until you get it how you like it. Obviously you can adjust to your liking, but this came out awesome for me.

Would be if I had a magic bullet Tried the pancakes as well. Came out pretty good considering I am not quite the chef.

Tight Curves Cookies
1 scoop TC 2 egg whites (if you need more fats sub 1 whole egg for 2 whites) 1/3 cup oats 1 tsp baking powder 1-2 paks splenda 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 Tbls H2o
Mix everything really well. Batter may look runny. Sthingy onto baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
242 cals(w/whites) 5 fat 22 carbs 26 protein
