I have Tried Many split over the years and my current split has been workingout very well for me
Chest Tris AM Shoulder PM Back AM Biceps PM OFF Legs AM Calves and Forearms Repeat
The Areas I am trying to bring up are my Chest Shoulder and Calves with this split I have done that and still getting Great results

I do this split:
Chest/Shoulders Off/Cardio Back/Traps Off/Abs Arms/Calves Legs(Hams and Quads) Off/Abs

Current split is as follows: Mon - bi's/tri's/forearms/abs Tue - off or just abs/cardio Wed - shoulders/calves/abs/cardio Thu - legs/calves/abs Fri - chest/forearms/abs/cardio Sat - back/forearms/calves/abs/cardio Sun - off

only been workin out since April of '07, but still, i've increased them 1 inch in size in that time, 1/2 inch of that coming since Nov. 1st.

I used to hit delts twice a week, but I found that they were getting overworked because they get hit so hard on my pressing day for chest. The hardest part is trying to get calves in 5x a week.
