Alex...How many grams of protein are you taking in a day? How do you figure out how much protein you and your clients should be eating and why?

Alex...How many grams of protein are you taking in a day? How do you figure out how much protein you and your clients should be eating and why? That changes all the time but I never dip below 1.25 grams per pound of BW. The reason that it changes is because of the amount of fat and carbs that I will have on a certain day. I make sure that I have about 50 or so grams of protein in all meals. Carbs are for before and after weight workouts and protein fat meals are for the rest of the day and off days

where do you stand on how much protein a natural 175lbs 18yo @ 15%bf can consume in a single meal Depends on what your goals are at the time but I would try to get in about 225-250 grams a day spread out over 6 meals so you are lookin at about 40 grams with each meal

how many meals do you consume in a day? 6-7 depending on when I wake up in the morning. Most of the time it will be 7

What would be your advice to those bulking with a two-a-day program (morning weights/weighted circuits and afternoon cardio; ranging from HIIT to endurance work)? Excessive?

It depends what you goals are. If you are getting ready to play a football season then I think you would be fine but if you are looking to just put on Pure lean mass BBers Goals then the Hiit at night will disrupt your gains
