I do have a question about protein. When I'm back to being able to afford to get some whey protein, what would be the best tasting AND cheapest, yet most productive, protein for my dollar? I've gone through 4 - 5lb. tubs of Optimum Nutrition's 100% now, and it hasn't caused any issues at all. The first protein powder i ever used was Muscletech's Nitro-Tech Hardcore, and overall, that was my favorite and by far the best tasting. I've heard a lot of buzz about Cytosport's Muscle Milk, but that's a premium protein by standards, yes?? I ask, cuz they also have a basic whey formula as well that's about half the price as MM. I'm looking to get more protein in about 3 to 4 weeks, so I want to know where to turn. Thanx

Stew, are you still using Higher Power micronized creatine pre-contest? If not at what point do you start coming off it, I'm looking into purchasing my first creatine but don't want to lose the definition I'm accustomed to. I'm thinking when I start I'll skip the loading phase and just use 5 grams per day. Any advice?

Stew, do you recommend taking additional BA throughout the day along with First order, I know many coaches recommend 10g spread throughout the day.

He also did not have me doing the loading phase. I take 5 g before wo and 5 after and only 5g in the am on off days. I would buy a creatine that is made w/ creapure, but just my opinion.

I like to 8-10 weeks on and 2-3 weeks off with the Higher power creatine Definately no need to load with the Creatine. I opt for 10 grams on workout days and 5 on off days

Hey BigStew, first order looks like and interesting product but I have one quick question about it. First it says in the FAQ section for it on the main bodywell site that it must be taken on an empty stomach. Im currently bulking and try to never have an empty stomach, can first order be taken on a relatively full stomach without feeling any ill effects (bloating, the runs...)?

All supplements are absorb best on an empty stomach but I rarely take FIRST ORDER on an empty stomach and get great results. One thing you will not feel is the BA Tingle as much when you dont take it on an empty stomach but results will still be great in the focus/stamina/endurance/recovery department.
